As part of our ongoing personal work BG Bully Family Project we will be posting a selection of photos from each session.
We will also be donating 50% of Any sales that results from prints, wall art, or usb’s of full session to Pinups for Pitbulls to aid in the education of how Awesome these dogs are!! About the project….
We have a passion for rescue work and a passion for photographing people, places, and things and telling their story! So we are embarking on a personal project to help end the negative stereotypes of Bully Breed dogs!! We thought what better way then to show these beautiful dogs being loved on and loving the humans that saved them- especially those with children!! With the negative stereotypes people think these dogs aren’t good for homes with small kids! Well these families would disagree! We also wanted to showcase families that are also discriminated against and face stereotypes- people with tattoos! I LOVE photographing beautiful INK!!! and i LOVE LOVE dogs!! so follow along on our journey as we try to dispel a lot of myths!!

WOW! Talk about an adorable family!! Quinten has to be the smiliest baby EVER!! and his love for Annabelle is a bond that will be a part of the BG Bully Breed Project.  She works at the Allentown Brew Works that hosts a Yappy Hour every Tuesday and the proceeds from drink specials goes to various pet related non profits. This week it went to Peaceable Kingdom (a no kill animal shelter in the Lehigh Valley). and we cant wiat to the Brew Works hosts a special Sunday Yappy Hour for the BG Bully families- we hope EVERYONE can make it- Sept. 20th (1-4). We so appreciate Katie and Zach allowing us to tag along to Yappy Hour and capturing the family just being them!!

Here is what Katie wrote us about Annabelle:

Annabelle found me about 3 years ago, deaf and abused. She was found wondering the streets by a friend of a coworker. That night, I insisted I would take her and try to find her owner or a safe and reputable foster. Only, I knew…from the moment I met her, she was mine and I was hers.

For a while, it was just the 2 of us. We did everything together. We took road trips, ate ice cream and snuggled. Then I met Zach. Zach has this connection with animals I will never be able to explain. It’s like he talks to them with his eyes. Annabelle quickly fell in love, and so did I. We stilldid everything. Together. Zach taught her to swim, we played in the snow and of course, we snuggled.

Now we have Quinten, our beautiful baby boy. I could not be more overjoyed to say, without any doubt, he and Annabelle are already best friends. They share toys, food, kisses and yes, snuggles. And I know, as a family, we will continue to do everything. Together.

she said she wants to be a part of this project because…

“I want to help educate the public and hopefully inspire more loving homes to open their hearts and homes to these amazing friends and companions.”

And Please leave a comment saying your favorite photo and WHY and if they get at least 10 comments they will get the most popular one as a FREE 8×10 gift print! So show them some love and help them out!!  Allentown Photographer
