Stirling Guest Hotel Wedding || Gabrielle+Brad || BG Productions {Photos Video}
WOW!! Talk about a gorgeous wedding! I just knew it would be!! We loved Gabrielle and Brad from the first time we met them and knew they were a perfect match for the BG team! Ironically Brad was in a band with our friends Kuf and Marybeth- The Hustle- who I saw several times!! Small World!! We have been looking forward to this wedding since we met them. Gabrielle is so Awesome and has commented on just about EVERY BG post helping couples get their 10 comments to get a FREE 8x10- so you HAVE to make sure to show her some love back and leave a comment on which is your FAV. from her wedding!! Gabrielle looked Stunning in her wedding dress and Brad was super handsome!! the Stirling Guest Hotel in Reading was the Perfect backdrop for a late Spring wedding (even though it felt more like Aug. out there- lol) Despite melting a bit everything was absolutely perfect!! The BG team (Al, me, and Jen) had a blast. The whole day went so smoothly. and the wedding party and families couldn't have been nicer or more cooperative! You just don't know how important that is! They had a literary theme which fit Perfectly with their venue. And Gabrielle did such an awesome job putting it all together! Gabrielle was STUNNING in her Vera Wang White by David's Bridal (with hair and makeup by Alayna Marie Rakes) and Brad and his groomsman in their Calvin Klein at Men's Wearhouse with their pale green ties were super dapper!! Its a shame that Sofitdress on Etsy where the bridesmaids dresses came from is no longer running. Her gorgeous and incredible smelling bouquet came from Cedar Hill Flowers in Birdsboro, PA and the Boutonnieres and Paper Flowers from AnthologyOnMain on Etsy I loved having all the different rooms of the Stirling House to utilize. Such a beautiful space. and the ceremony right on the front steps couldn't have been more perfect. They did a Serbian tradition of eating a spoonful mixture of honey and walnut (for health and fertility). and then did a "beer ceremony". how fun is that! The best part though was just watching them look at each other. their love is so evident and you can totally tell how much Brad adores Gabrielle everytime he looks at her! So sweet! Their first dance was in the main room where the family and wedding party were seated and then everyone retired to the side rooms for a most yummy dinner! TJ and the rest of the staff at Stirling were great to work with and the food was awesome (the cake was supplied from The Well Dressed Cake )! We had the BG Booth being run by the Awesome Possum Jen Cleary and the guests had a lot of fun and were pretty crazy! Dancing was in one of the side rooms after they removed the dinner tables and their DJ: Sound Sensation certainly had a lot of energy and guests were having fun with him on the dance floor!! The end of the night ended with a SPLASH!! thats right!! We had a BG FIRST!! Gabrielle and Brad (and then her bridesmaids) all jumped into the pool!! That just shows how much fun they had (and her dress would dry- though his suit could shrink so he took it off!!) These will be the photos they will want to share with their kids some day if they decide to have them!! We know Gabrielle and Brad are going to have a lifetime of love, fun, and adventure!! and we wish we were going to Europe and the Mediterranean with them (they are actually sharing their honeymoon with a couple of their friends who just got married a couple weeks ago!!) Have a GREAt time!!
And Please leave a comment saying your favorite photo and WHY and if they get at least 10 comments they will get the most popular one as a FREE 8x10 gift print! So show them some love and help them out!!

I can’t say enough about Stephanie and Mike’s Normandy Farm wedding this Spring. They are such a sweet couple and we had a wonderful time doing wedding photos and video for their special day. I love when people include their cultural aspect to their weddings. Stephanie is Armenian and the wedding was full of fantastic traditions.
Even though it rained all day we were able to have fun with the couple and their wedding party. And we got some beautiful shots despite the bad weather.

Tiffany and Omar Teaser
This past June Tiffany and Omar had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at the Water Works in Philadelphia with Cescaphe Events.
They kept their wedding small and simple. Omar got ready at the Logan and met up with us at the Waterworks where Tiffany got ready in the bridal suite. Of course her House of Clarity team did an amazing job. Carolyn did her hair and Ashley did her makeup. And that dress, WOW!!! Her dress was absolutely amazing. It was completely made of lace.
Even though it was super hot out we didn’t let the heat bother us (well too much lol!!). We just looked for shade whenever possible. The couple had their first look along the banks of the Schuylkill River in a pretty private area along the back of the Water Works. So few people normally go down there. So we knew it would be the perfect location on this hot and sunny day....

Finally, the day arrived for Catherine and Jimmy’s John James Audubon Center at Glen Mills Wedding! And what a perfect day it turned out to be. Weather was questionable, but the sky cleared up. And they were able to have their ceremony outside next to the orchard. And boy, was it a pretty spot! Catherine was all smiles with her bridesmaids getting ready. And Jimmy and his guys are hilarious. We all had so much fun joking around and getting some photos.
Jacqueline and Mike Teaser
We were so excited for Jacqueline and Mike’s September 24th Cape May Convention Hall wedding.
They have come to parties of ours, came to a small dinner party and we all went out for some yummy pizza. So by the time their big day came around, we felt like we knew them pretty well. And OMG Jacqueline looked GORGEOUS!!! Her hair was stunning. She looked like the Little Mermaid!! And Mike looked great in his suit and the anchor bow tie fit perfectly into their nautical themed Cape May wedding.

If you know us at all you know we LOVE cool details. This Springton Manor Farm Wedding has it all: fall colors and a super fun tattooed bride and groom! So of course we were able to get some amazing Springton Manor Farm Wedding images of Lauren and Rick on their BIG day!! Despite the on and off rain we had a Blast capturing the footage of their wedding day!.
Melissa and Lloyd s Teaser
Wow! This was just an AMAZING wedding! We fell in love with Melissa and Lloyd the first time we met them! We knew they were a perfect match and they felt that way too! Not only are they Gorgeous, and Sweet- they share my home state of Ohio!!! They are also the most humble people we have ever met. I will never forget when we first met and Lloyd was talking about being a basketball coach- i of course ask him what HS he coaches for! lol!! He just smiled and was like "nah, I don't coach HS". after a little more talking he said he coached for the Sixers! Other, more boastful men, would have led with that. But this is just how they are. And this was so evident when we saw them interacting with their family and friends at the cocktail party the night before that they so graciously invited us to as well as the wedding. We have really gotten to know them by having dinner together and catching some of the game's - pretty fun sitting in the "family" section cheering on the Sixers! We hope we can continue to foster a friendship as well as be their photographers (and videographers) for life- no matter where they may end up!! You may remember these two from their Philly engagement session. Well their Vie wedding was just spectacular. I can't even tell you how many Amazing photos I have that I didn't put in this mini album. I have already been told I put too many- but these posts are for our couples and their friends and families. Sometimes this is all others beside them see- and i know this crowd wants to see as many as possible! Especially since their ceremony was Unplugged- and YES- everyone stuck to it (ok there was 1 guy- but he was quickly reminded of the policy by his date and my stare as I leaned in and said- "they are serious- they don't want to see 1 phone or camera in their pictures!! lol and what a treat not to have all of them ruining such sweet and tender moments of their ceremony. We knew we wanted to have a different look than all the typical Philly places. And I think we Nailed it! We started with them getting ready at the Loews Hotel. Lloyd has some of the most Epic getting ready shots ever! and Melissa looked just gorgeous- but really it was the smile she wore ALL DAY that was her best accessory! The couple had gone back and forth on doing a first see or not. Lloyd was really into it (at first). But he let us know at their walk through meeting that he was going to surprise her and do it! and by surprise i mean- not telling her until it was happening! It took a lot of coordination (including a fake timeline sent to the bride) and a lot of reassuring Melissa that we had it all under control and not to get lost in the details. Yes- it was a Crazy plan and we knew it wasn't working that way- but poor Melissa didn't. And what a testament to how much she Trusted the BG Team- she just went with the flow! Of course Al and I were Really nervous (never really a great idea to surprise a bride with such a big thing on her wedding day- but he was willing to take any backlash that may come our way!!). We had a special team meeting to go over the complete plan, lots of texts back and forth with Lloyd, and letting the Loews and staff at Vie in on the surprise!. and it was the MOST AMAZING moment ever!! Because of the first see we were actually able to do all the photos that Melissa was really wanting, and more!! They knew they wanted to showcase murals but yet also have the softer romantic side. By stopping at the Dr. J mural from the Mural Arts Program and getting it allowed us to get some of the coolest Philadelphia photography we have ever gotten with the groom and his guys! And that mixed with the great sun setting shots at the park (I saw just a small sliver coming through the trees and knew we needed to capture them with it) really showcased the beauty of the day.
Kaitlin and Nico Teaser
Kaitlin and Nico are one amazing and fun couple! This was, without doubt, one of the best bunch of family and friends we have had the pleasure of filming. Enjoy this teaser film of thier day!

Lauren and Spencer Teaser
What a gorgeous Hotel Monaco Wedding Lauren and Spencer had this past October. Everything about this day was Perfect. They are super sweet. And we LOVE small wedding parties – they each just had their sibling. We wish Lauren and Spencer nothing but the best on their lifetime of adventures together. We know they are going to be smiling together for years to come.
Ashley and Ricky Teaser
What an Awesome day it was with Ashley and Ricky for their Knowlton Mansion Wedding! Despite it being the hottest day of the year we had an amazing time with them. They didn’t let a little (ok a LOT) of heat get them down on their wedding day. Thats because they are true Rockstars!! We found some gorgeous shaded light and even played with their Star Wars masks. You have to know- Ashley JUST discovered Star Wars with this last movie and has fallen in Love with it! She has since seen them all! So you know we bonded on our geekiness! And Ashley looked AMAZING! I love Knowlton Mansion Weddings because it is such a pretty place to have a wedding. Together with their wedding day team, wedding party, family, and friends it was a perfect day!
Jodi and Alex Teaser
Our 2016 wedding season started BIG! Jodi and Alex's Jan. 2 wedding was GORGEOUS!! We have gotten to know Jodi and Alex, as well as her parents over the past year and a half. And were super excited when the wedding day finally arrived! The reception was held at Jodi's parents house in Moorestown, NJ. This is also where Jodi and her 13 bridesmaids got ready! Al and I had been to the house a couple of times (Jodi's mom even made us dinner!!) so we were really familiar with the lay of the land. This was super important as this was a long day with many different components. Our awesome 2nd team (Jen and Brian- and Stacey was also with Al and I) were busy with Alex and his 12 groomsmen at the Crowne Plaza. Jodi looked so beautiful and it was super fun getting ready with her and her mom and sister (MOH). There was a LOT of laughing and squealing and some tears too! After a ton of photos at the house it was time for her to get to the church to walk down the aisle to her soon-to-be-husband! Alex had the Sweetest expression when he saw her! Such love between these two. After all the photos were taken the couple got to enjoy some fun down time with their bridal party. Jodi had a change to her hair and make up style and Alex got in a few games of pool. I think these were some of the best moments of the day! The reception was a tented affair put together by Cescaphe Event Group. But this isn't an ordinary tent wedding! It was Stunning! All draped in reds, burgundies, purple with chandeliers, candles and flowers everywhere! Illuminaire supplied the draping and lighting and Beautiful Blooms did all the florals. The entire yard was decorated as well. There was a lounge area with heaters, carolers, roasted nuts, twinkle lights and later a Whalburger truck and a s'more station! There were also fireworks which we were not there for. There was not one detail missing!!
Thanks to our Awesome team (Al, Brian, Jen and Stacey) for rocking this wedding and capturing some Amazing imagery!

Tali and Aryeh Teaser
If you have never been to an Orthodox Jewish wedding you are are missing one heckuva party. Just take a look at the awesome wedding day teaser of Tali and Aryeh.
We started the day capturing each of them getting ready. Tali look amazing in her wedding dress. And I absolutely loved the crystal headband that she wore with her veils. They had their first see in a private area of the Hilton on City Ave. where their festivities and ceremonies would be held. After that we went to a cute park down the street. We were blessed that it called for rain all week and even that day, and there were threats of sprinkles as we headed out. But luckily the rain held off until we were safely back in the hotel. I am so glad because we had some beautiful photos at the park with them and their wedding party. and the flowers from Amaranth Florist provided a wonderful pop of color.
Upon returning to the hotel we began the first set of family photos. As we wrapped up the family photos the Tish and Bedekan were started. It wasn't long until the fun and high energy would begin and continue through the day. Their band Nafshenu were Awesome!! and they sure kept the crowd partying! Not a moment of an unpacked dance floor all night!!

Brad and Nick Teaser
We first met Nick and Brad at the Marriage Equality Wedding show last year at the Convention Center. We were psyched when they contacted us to capture their JG Domestic Wedding, and what a Fantastic night with a FANTASTIC couple! We loved working with the JG Domestic team and the food was Awesome! Their wedding peeps were super easy and fun to work with and totally cooperated when I had them standing in the middle of the road and blocked all the traffic. There ceremony was so sweet and their love for each other, so obvious. The love and support from their family and friends was such a beautiful sight to capture. The entire reception was nothing but laughs, fun, and dancing thanks to the spinning of DJ Jamie Grimble. And oh yeah Federal Donuts and awesome macaroons. We are so honored we were chosen to capture this amazing JG Domestic Wedding!
Lauren and Alex Teaser
GORGEOUS! STUNNING! How can you not Love a Hotel Monaco Wedding! AL and I hadn't met with Lauren and Alex in person. We did everything over the phone and email since they aren't in the Philly area -- not even a Google chat. Al and I were scheduled to be in Iceland for their November 6th wedding, so they booked with our lead associate team, Jen (lead shooter), James (second shooter), and Brian (videography). The team did a freaking awesome job and this wedding was so amazing. Lauren looked gorgeous. Brian went back and forth and captured both of the pair while getting ready at the Hotel Monaco. (A fantastic location and my favorite for getting ready shots and boudoir sessions.) After a super cute first-see at Carpenter's Hall, the couple and their wedding party headed around for some photos. They had a beautiful fall day for their wedding and the setting was just right. Cocktail hour was extended, as everyone was having a great time, and the party continued on into the reception. The dance floor was packed and they even had someone photo bomb them outside the hotel while taking pictures. Jen. James, and Brian had a wonderful time capturing this super sweet and fun couple and getting to know their friends and families.
